I build independent digital products, publishing systems, and decision-support tools that keep me close to product strategy, UX, analytics, SEO, and hands-on execution.
Labs is where I build, test, and refine independent digital products, content systems, and decision-support tools. It reflects the more hands-on side of my work: turning ideas into working products, exploring new opportunities, and learning through shipping.
While my background includes product leadership across fintech, payments, media, and digital platforms, Labs is where that experience becomes applied experimentation. It gives me a place to stay close to product strategy, UX, analytics, content structure, SEO, and the practical tradeoffs involved in building from the ground up.
The goal is not experimentation for its own sake. The goal is to create useful products, clearer user experiences, and better-informed iterations over time.
Labs brings together the products, prototypes, and systems I build outside in-house roles. Some projects are content-driven. Some are workflow or decision-support tools. Some begin as experiments and evolve into more structured products over time.
These are examples of the kinds of products and platforms that sit within Labs today.
A structured publishing platform for curated insights across product management, UX, analytics, SEO, marketing, and AI. It is designed around content organization, usability, discoverability, and long-term iteration rather than simple publishing alone.
A digital publishing platform focused on crypto and digital asset news. The work combined content strategy, aggregation, positioning, analytics, and industry relationship-building.
A data-driven hockey project built to score and rank NHL franchises across their histories. It combines structured data, sports analysis, content presentation, and product thinking into a specialized independent product.
Labs is not separate from the rest of my background. It is how I continue to sharpen it. Building independent products keeps me close to the realities of scoping, prioritizing, designing, launching, measuring, and improving digital experiences.
That matters because it reinforces the same capabilities that shape my broader product and website work: judgment, iteration, execution, and a bias toward making things clearer and more useful.
